Acknowledgment of Risk: *

I understand that participation in a pontoon cruise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, collisions, equipment failure, and unpredictable weather or water conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation in this activity.

Waiver and Release: *

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the pontoon cruise provided by 218 Escapes, I hereby release and hold harmless 218 Escapes, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Participant Responsibilities

Safety *

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain or crew.

Operate *

I will not operate the pontoon or any equipment unless authorized.

Consume *

I will not bring or consume alcohol or drugs that impair judgment while aboard.

Life Jacket *

I acknowledge that life jackets must be worn or readily accessible at all times.

Photo Release: *

I grant 218 Escapes permission to use photos or videos taken during my cruise for marketing or promotional purposes.

I do not grant permission for use of my image.

Medical Authorization: *

I authorize 218 Escapes and its staff to provide or obtain emergency medical care if deemed necessary, and I agree to be financially responsible for any resulting costs.
