I acknowledge that fishing trips, whether on a boat or shore, involve risks such as slips, trips, falls, hooks, fish spines, equipment malfunctions, changing weather, and water hazards. I understand that 218 Escapes and its guides prioritize safety but cannot eliminate all risks.
Assumption of Responsibility

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the fishing trip, including injury, loss, or property damage. I accept full responsibility for my participation and for ensuring that I comply with all safety and licensing requirements.
Waiver and Release

I hereby release and discharge 218 Escapes, its guides, owners, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or causes of action resulting from my participation, including negligence. This release covers all known and unknown risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable.
